When taking breaks, try to eat mild foods. A salad, and some fruit, is a perfect alternative to a burger and fries.
We really want you to consume water more, and more everyday. At some point of the Vacation Season, an average, human beings gains five to six pounds during the Holidays. This weight will increase Blood Pressure, and makes your Heart Work Harder.
